Your order should arrive within 5-15 working days after it was processed.
If you have a critical or time-sensitive need, feel free to email us to ensure your order reaches you as soon as you need it.
To assure your quality of the order:
Within 5-7 days of placing your order, your product will pass quality control at our suppliers and then you will receive clear photos of your order to your Email (be sure to check spam section as sometimes our emails could go there because of an error).
If you notice discrepancies and want a refund or change the size, we will be happy to comply with your request.
Please note that if not responded after 12 hours, products will be shipped as planned.
You will receive text message to your phone number about your parcel delivery.
Detailed shipment information will be provided to your Email.
Please be aware that the shipping times may vary because of customs traffic jams and sometimes maybe delayed for less than a week.

DELIVERY GUARANTEE Your order will be shipped fully insured. If for some reason your package is lost or blocked due to our or customs mistake, we will reship it once again for free. Please make sure that your address is correct (including your house or detailed apartment number) and someone will be available to receive your order, otherwise, your package may be returned to delivery service provider’s warehouse in Europe or US in which after 4 days, if no response from customer is received, the item will be destroyed and no refund will be provided.
In the case if you respond to our emails during these 4 days period, you will be asked to pay a redelivery fee which can very between 20-50€ depending on your location.
Delivery service provider will try to deliver your parcel 3 times before returning the item back to their warehouse in Europe or US.
ORDER CANCELATION If there was some kind of problem with your order and you want to cancel it, then you should request a cancelation within 6 hours after your order has been placed.
